Visual Arts students with Nikos Kypraios

Visual arts students with Youth Division @ LAA were ecstatic to meet renowned Greek-Australian painter, Nikos Kypraios, who exhibited his signature works, Byzantine Iconogaphic Enigmas, at Sculpture Square in February 2013.

Kypraios offered an insight into ancient and contemporary art to 10 visual arts students at a masterclass session held in conjunction with his exhibition. He shared his views on how to identify and understand their strengths with the youths. Most of them were awed when told that they had a potential to become sculptors. He ended the session by auto-graphing on all the students’ works of art.
